			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Okay, so I know we&#8217;re in the hot days of August, but who doesn&#8217;t enjoy a delicious, easy to prepare meal that offers a hint of comfort?  Not only is this healthy but you can create other delicious meals from the left overs&#8230;think turkey salad, salad topped with turkey or turkey casseroles&#8230;yum!</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Ingredients</strong></span></p>
<p>A 5-7 lb. turkey breast, thawed.  Set gravy packet to the side as you won&#8217;t need it with this recipe.</p>
<p>One envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix</p>
<p>One can cranberry sauce.</p>
<p>Salt and Pepper to taste.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Directions</span></strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Rinse the turkey breast under water and trim any fat.</li>
<li>Rub the turkey with onion soup mix and salt &amp; pepper.</li>
<li>Finally top with cranberry sauce.</li>
<li>Cook on high for 4-5 hours or Low for 8 hours.  For the last twenty minutes set the slow cooker to warm.  Enjoy!</li>

<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>
<p>1 Cup Brown Sugar</p>
<p>1/2 Cup Melted Butter</p>
<p>3 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon</p>
<p>3 Apples (Peeled, Cored and Sliced thin)</p>
<p>1/2 Cup of Dried Cranberries (you can also use Raisins or Dried Cherries)</p>
<p>1 Loaf of French Bread (Cut into one inch thick slices)</p>
<p>6 Large Eggs</p>
<p>1.5 Cups Milk</p>
<p>1 TBsp. Vanilla Extract</p>
<p><strong>Directions</strong></p>
<p>The Night Before:</p>
<p>1.  Combine brown sugar, butter, 1 Tsp. Cinnamon in a 9&#215;13 inch pan. </p>
<p>2.  Add apples &amp; dried Cranberries, toss to coat. </p>
<p>3.  Spread apple mixture evenly over the bottom of pan.</p>
<p>4.  Arrange slices of bread on top of the apples.</p>
<p>5.  Mix eggs, milk, vanilla &amp; remaining 2 Tsp. of Cinnamon.</p>
<p>6.  Pour mixture over the bread to soak completely.</p>
<p>7.  Cover and Refrigerate 4-24 hours.</p>
<p>Day of Serving:</p>
<p>1. Preheat oven to 375 Degrees.</p>
<p>2.  Bake French Toast in pan, covered with foil for 40 minutes.</p>
<p>3.  Uncover and bake for and additional 5 minutes.</p>
<p>4.  Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.</p>
